Amyloid burden - a reason for poor antidepressant response

In cognitively intact individuals with late-life depression, cortical amyloid burden predicted poor antidepressant response.

Accumulation of cortical amyloid-β (Aβ) has been associated with greater depressive symptoms in cognitively intact older adults.
